Hello, Nookers! It’s a fact that doing jigsaw puzzles can enhance focus, cognitive abilities and overall well-being, and can be beneficial for people with ADHD. Jigsaw puzzles are a form of self care 💖 For me, puzzling helps me “quiet” my brain, reduces anxiety and offers a whole host of other positives! What about you? I have taken a long time with this one- but thoroughly enjoyed the slow pace! It was a fun one - all the slight tweaks of famous book titles to fit the themes of each section was clever! Now, I think I’ll do a wasgij next - given my haul of them last year 😆 The weather is particularly rough here in the south of Devon, UK so it’s the perfect time to snuggle up with puzzles! How are you spending your weekend?
