Hello, Nookers! It’s a fact that doing jigsaw puzzles can enhance focus, cognitive abilities and overall well-being, and can be beneficial for people with ADHD. Jigsaw puzzles are a form of self care 💖 For me, puzzling helps me “quiet” my brain, reduces anxiety and offers a whole host of other positives! What about you? What are the top benefits you find from puzzling?

I’ll need my glasses for this! Just had a super cute building blocks kit for Mother’s Day 🌹♥️ It says it should take around 40 mins to create my pot of roses 🌹 I’ll let you know if that’s accurate! 😜 Anyone else do these kinds of “puzzles”?
