Prayer Request ♥️
The last few days I have been feeling a heaviness in my chest. It’s felt so crushing. Tonight it’s a slightly suffocating feeling and it’s been intense. It comes and goes. It feels like a vacuum seal feeling. It’s hard to describe. I would really just appreciate extra prayers 🫂

I understand your sentiment and it's something I have to think about for sure and talk with God. I do relate with having a bunch of thoughts and it is a good reminder that having to constantly battle in your head isn't normal, because the armor of God has the helmet of SALVATION (thought of this as I was typing it out, ty Holy Spirit). I think I'm maturing as I go through my walk with God, but it's a question I definitely have to ask myself. I also have a question: "Can you hear from the Holy Spirit and not be born again?" Ps. The shawl gives you an elevated classy look😎

@Ezralee Anne No problem! I know that the sabbath is important, but I don't know how to actively rest correctly with God instead of just doing whatever I want for the day.
