Monday is here... and I missed the memo😅
Hello lovely members! I don't know what happened, but either I have become 10x slower or the time has become 10x faster since last week! I am behind on most things since last week and I was hoping to do some work during the weekend, but I got a pleasure to hang out with my kids all by myself this weekend instead😂 (it was great, but 0 time for work). So my only goal this week ahead is to stay FOCUSED on the tasks at hand and actually FINISH them 🫠 I hope you are feeling more productive than I've been and wishing you an amazing week ahead! Feel free to what you are working on in the comments and let us know if you need any support from the community along the way🫶

Building more skills in Cowork, and fixing broken ones. I just found out today that an artifact that my agent was creating for every one of my sales calls was being saved... nowhere. That was a bit surprising to it (and to me). Luckily, not a critical thing, but kind of dumb, and a great example of how the AI can *seem* to be doing the right thing, but simply *cannot* without more checking and management. So, now the skill-builder skill has an additional instruction - "if the skill makes something that's meant to be saved, sve it in a persistent location!" I was also noticing today that I have essentially been using Claude to become the person I *wish* I were, who quickly writes "great call" emails to prospects after a sales call, and updates the CRM, and flows up with people if I haven't heard back after a few days... All things I resist doing and delay, if I even do them. But Claude loves to do these things for me with just a hint from me. And, as a result, my stress level about my business - aside from not having enough clients - has really dropped.

@Elena Kell It's doing essentially what I would love a human virtual assistant to do, but at a much lower cost and much less hassle. And I did not have the budget for a real person who was capable of doing all this stuff, so I don't feel like I'm taking anyone's job away at this point. It's me or the robot - and the robot is a lot better at it than I am.
Friday is here - let's celebrate flops & wins🫶
Hi lovely members, how are we doing today? Let's share some wins this week, I'll go first 🙌 - 1 more YT video flop! 🎉 Now I am fired up and I am doing a total reset of my YT Claude Skills, I fell like I've over engineered them so it took the fun out of it for me and YT feels it 😅 Will be doing a new experiment where I go against all the sensible YT advice and just follow my gut for the next 30 days and report back! - new client for my VIP Day offer - we will be setting up Claude Cowork foundation for her business with 2 main prios: building distribution (content + growing email list) + building interactive "non-boring" digital products for her business. Super exited for this format. Overall, a good week - with many new releases that I will be playing more during the weekend Claude Design (finally renews my tokens today!), ChatGPT image 2.0 and New ChatGPT 5.5 model that got released today! Let us know in the comments what are you celebrating!

My linkedin post with the OpenAI Images 2.0 image had a pretty solid amount of engagement, which I attribute to the awesome image. And it drove traffic to my blog post which had an even better image, imho.

@Elena Kell no, just an illustration. I wasn't really able to get it to draw art like I wanted before. What I was going for might have been possible, but it was definitely easier with this attempt. Here is one of my images that I used. (It's a robot gilding a pile of crap, which is what happens with you ask an AI to "make my resume better.")
My total 90 day reset: content + AI + mindset - who's in?
So I want to share some thoughts about how I will be approaching my content and value creation for the next 90 days as an experiment, why am I doing it and what's my hypothesis. TLDR: I am resetting my content strategy and if you want to join me for the next 90 day, vote below and if we have enough people we can do it together starting May 1! Where is it coming from: - I found myself in the OVER optimizing loop with AI when it comes to content lately and I don't like how it feels. Once I get an idea, instead of just raw posting it, I run it though claude and finetune it and then record, which is OK but my energy is off by then. I could literally just taken out my camera and recorded in 2 min. - I just watched this interview with Alex Hormozi (min: 6-21) where in the very beginning he talks about how "social" media has become "interest" media, meaning that views and metrics do not matter, but what matters is creating specific and valuable content for your ideal customers/audience and they should want to "save" your content because it's so valuable. Example: my lowest viewed videos brought in most members into this community and into my newsletter and Alex shares a similar example. Which really made me understand that I am optimizing for the wrong things and the time spent editing, tweaking etc could have been rather spent on creating more valuable content. These are the things I'm leaning into for the next 90 days: - Time-to-Value - I am optimizing for sharing my ideas, knowledge; and showing value (literally recording my screen how I do things with AI and making mini-series of it) vs getting stuck and editing, overthinking metrics and over engineering scripts. - After 90 days I will evaluate and then I can spend some time optimizing for what performs best etc. - I intent to spend absolute minimum time on social media, max 15 min for research + 15 min pockets a day to reply to comments, questions etc. - I will continue repurpose my own long-form content into carousels with Claude, non-cringe linkedin posts so I can up the quantity of the content I produce without compromising the quality. - Instead of spreading myself thin for the next 90 days I will only focus on Youtube, IG and Linkedin. - I will post every single day on IG (batch), twice a week on YouTube and once a week on Linked in. - I will simplify all my content Claude skills to more lean into my voice and less on "frameworks" because most frameworks that are out there are created for "social" media, not "interest" media so they are optimizing for wrong things.

I am going to take some inspiration, but I actually feel like Claude has *just now* started to get enough of my voice to help me in creating content. I *do* want to start doing quick me-to-camera videos, and your example will lead me.
Monday check-in - what are you working on this week?
Last week was full family/travel mode and I basically dropped the ball on most things. So it showed me exactly where my workflows break without me, so that's useful 😅 So this week, my prios are: 1. Redo my offer. I've been doing 1:1 AI consulting/coaching for 6 months now and I've learned a ton from it, but it's eating a LOT of time and I get new requests now which I already know will take my focus further away from the foundation I am building. So I will experiment with shifting to VIP days instead where possible - more depth, faster results and contained. 2. Content: I have two YouTube videos to record plus some other pieces I'm prepping. I also want to finally build an end-to-end content workflow (with auto-scheduling) so this doesn't fall apart or relies on me logistically. What I envision is 1 day for content creation only per week, 90% Claude Cowork including research, co-creation, record ( YT + talking heads) then repurpose to everything else (LinkedIn, threads, IG carousels -all with Claude skills ) and finally schedule with Blotato API's via Claude Cowork. I'll let you know how it goes! 3. No social media consumption this week. I've found over time that when I limit the noise - it helps me tune back into my intuition and what I actually want to say vs. reacting to what everyone else is saying. What are you working on this week? Drop in the comments below your prios and where do you need support from the community

I am also working on a new offer this week. I have been doing resume coaching primarily for the last year, but it's a fairly low-ticket offer, and takes a lot of selling. So, I'm upleveling my offer to resume + interview coaching combined, and I'm going to try to sell a lot more of it *without* sales calls. I do not know if this is going to work, but I'm going to try. So, I just had ChatGPT and Claude compete on creating me a video sales letter script (Claude won, btw). Of course, writing the script is easy. Actually recording and publishing it and driving traffic is another thing altogether, but one step at a time. One of my big projects for the past few weeks, speaking of all that coaching I've been doing, is checking in on my clients, seeing how their job searches have been going, and getting testimonials when I can. I'm getting a lot of help from Claude Cowork on that. Other than that, trying to learn to use Cowork without running out of tokens every five seconds.
Running out of tokens!
I'm getting extremely frustrated with Claude Cowork and running out of tokens. I am on the $20/month plan, and with the few automations I have set up, I run out of tokens within 1.5 hours of use regularly. I've tried some of the obvious things to be more efficient, but it's a very big vibe killer. Especially since it's such an ungraceful situation - I'll make a prompt, and I'll get "Syntax error". And it stops in the middle. Anyone else experiencing this?

@Elena Kell The other thing I'm considering doing is adding a sub to Relay.app (instead of adding the Max Claude plan) and using that for automations that don't need the full agent. This was a suggestion from Jacob Bank of Relay. I'll ask Claude which of my skills could become Relay automations (if any).

Ruben Hassid posted some guidelines yesterday - many of them counterintuitive - about how to manage Claude tokens: https://ruben.substack.com/p/how-to-stop-hitting-claude-usage. I'll be trying these out myself.
