Handstand
Here I recorded some of my handstand attempts. Maybe someone can give me some tips, because I am learning it already for a pretty long time. The ist attempt is altead pretty good(for me). But than I cant even get to hold it.

Yo, I've been thinking lately about how much easier some progressions would’ve been if I knew certain things earlier. For me, it was realizing how important scapula strength is for pulling and pushing movements in calisthenics specifically. One I built up more scapula strength, everything started feeling way more solid. So I'm curious—what’s one thing you wish you knew earlier in your calisthenics journey? For me it was pressing my fingers in the floor at the handstand. Wish I knew this sooner.
Week planning
Hi guys, I dont know how many days I have to train and how to organize them. Could you help me telling me what's your week plan?

So I personally train 4 times a week. Push, Pull, Upper and Legs. And at the beginning of every training I train Handstand and on the pull and upper training also muscle up.

Hi friends I had been training handstand for about more than 2 months but still very little progress . I know how to kick up to handstand but not able to balance. Please help me out with this

Best tip that helped me is to focus on keeping the balance on your fingers. So don't have your hand straight, but little bit crawled. So you press your fingers in the floor
