Hi guys, I have some questions about the planche. I have 3s tuck adv planche good form and 3-4 seconds straddle planche with the 25kg band (the yellow one), but the form is so clean. Should I train negatives + hold of straddle with 2 band? The yellow band and the Green (15kg). And should I train straddle hold with yellow band + tuck adv hold with same band to increase time under tension? And I feel some lower back pain after straddle but I have the ppt. Is my lower back weak?
