New GPT inside the classroom
Pattern Prompt Lab Essentials is a focused GPT inside Kismae’s AI Creative Lab that helps makers turn AI image ideas into simplified, chart-friendly prompts for crochet, knit, beadwork, cross-stitch, and other grid-based crafts. https://www.skool.com/kismaes-ai-creative-lab/classroom/0f6fc182?md=3a00c08093bd474594d3dea76da2eda3 What it can do - Helps simplify image ideas so they convert better into grid-based patterns - Rewrites ideas into cleaner AI prompts with flat colors, strong contrast, and fewer fragile details - Encourages original concepts instead of copyrighted characters - Recommends practical starting points like color count and grid size - Gives simplification guidance when an image idea is too detailed, fuzzy, or likely to chart poorly - Supports pattern-friendly thinking for subjects that need to read clearly in stitches, beads, or squares What it does best - Clean, bold motifs - Simple subjects with one clear focal point - Designs that work well in limited colors - Prompt guidance for images intended to become chart-based craft patterns What it cannot do - It does not generate finished crochet or knitting patterns - It does not draft full stitch instructions row by row - It does not analyze uploaded images in detail - It does not troubleshoot files beyond basic image-type guidance - It does not work from PDFs or uploaded charts/patterns - It does not support highly detailed, photoreal, gradient-heavy, or micro-detail image concepts well - It does not help recreate copyrighted characters exactly; it redirects users toward original inspired variations - It does not provide advanced custom pattern engineering or full chart correction logic inside the Essentials version Best use case Use it when you already have an image idea and want help turning that idea into a simpler, cleaner AI prompt that is more likely to convert well into a pattern chart.

I don’t crochet or do anything with patters. I like the thought of anything being simplified. Would this work for people who embroider? I don’t do that either. I’m just wondering.

I have the Maker, Explore2, Explore 3, and a Cricut Joy that I haven't used.
Have you tried Artisly Ads?
You can get up to 25 images with it and they are a great way to get consistent character's. I am sharing random images from the first try.

After TRM last night, I may have to try it. I need to clear and organize my workspace so I think straight first.
