So I had a WhatsApp asking me about a customers three bills being too expensive. He sent me his bills to review. Ai sorted the review and composed a WhatsApp message in seconds . It was so quick I set an alarm to post my reply else it wouldn’t have looked like I had reviewed them!!! Ai is amazing!!! …….. Hi Nasir, thanks for sending the bills over — I’ve gone through all three properties carefully and just wanted to reassure you and explain what’s going on. All three bills are based on smart meter readings, so the usage figures are accurate and not estimates. For the Hull property, that bill is a straightforward “pay for what you use” bill. December electricity use was high (just over 1,100 kWh), which is very common in winter, especially in larger or electric-only properties. That’s why the bill itself is higher — it’s directly reflecting December usage rather than being spread out. For the Stockport property, this one is on a budget plan, which is why the monthly payment looks low compared to the actual energy used. In December, usage was again high (around 1,080 kWh), but the budget payment only covered part of that cost. The rest hasn’t disappeared — it’s simply showing as a balance on the account. This is normal with budget plans when winter usage is higher than the monthly amount that’s been set. For the Retford property, it’s also on a budget plan, but this one had credit built up before winter. That credit has absorbed the higher December usage, which is why it’s still sitting in credit now and hasn’t felt like a shock. So in short: • The bills are correct and based on real readings • December is one of the highest-use months of the year • Budget plans smooth payments, but if they’re set too low, winter usage shows as a balance rather than a big bill The good news is we can now rebalance the budget amounts so things feel steadier going forward, and as we move out of winter the usage will naturally come down as well. If you want, I’m very happy to talk it through and agree the best next steps so everything feels comfortable and predictable.

Give it a try and tell me what you think 👇

I’ve literally just done it, then asked it to compose a response for WhatsApp. I saved the docs to files then added to chat to review. All done in seconds. Great advice thank you !!!

Hi, I’m Nik Percival. I was a police inspector, but Utility Warehouse allowed me to retire five years early. I originally found UW as a way to add a small extra income, but over time it’s given me something far more valuable — years of extra freedom. I now sponsor and mentor people to work from home, helping them build an income and reduce the constant pressure of worrying about money. I help people who have self-motivation and a genuine desire to improve their situation. The biggest challenge I see is overcoming natural cynicism — understandable given the sheer number of scams and empty promises people are exposed to today.

Here are 10 very real problems / objections that stop people joining an extra-income opportunity — these are the exact things you’ll hear in conversations and DMs: 1. Fear of scams – “It sounds too good to be true.” 2. Bad past experiences – They’ve tried something before and lost money or time. 3. Lack of confidence – “I’m not salesy” / “I’m not good with people.” 4. Time pressure – Work, kids, life already feel full. 5. Low belief in themselves – “This works for others, not me.” 6. Upfront cost resistance – Even small fees feel risky when money is tight. 7. Partner/family scepticism – Someone close to them is negative or discouraging. 8. Information overload – Too many videos, options, and opinions online. 9. Fear of judgment – Worry about what friends or colleagues might think. 10. Short-term mindset – Wanting instant results instead of building steadily.
