I have not dove into the 3rd training section on deals yet here in the Skool program, but I have a list of 1600+ active buyers that Pace shares on the bird-dog challenge training inside Gator. I have looked through the list and I am curious if cold calling these buyers who are buying many homes a year, would be a way to connect and offer my services with transactional funding. These would be cold calls, but I assume they would also need the money possibly? Curious your thoughts on this @Paul Brown
