May is here and it's a big one 🌸
I've just dropped the May calendar so you can get it saved and plan ahead — here's what's coming your way this month: Every Monday — Aura Live We're kicking off every single week together. These are your Monday resets, your grounding moments before the week takes over. Don't skip them. Wednesdays — New Meditations Fresh meditations dropping on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th. Something to look forward to mid-week when you need it most. Skool Lives — 30th April, 14th & 28th May Our community sessions are every other Thursday and always where the magic happens. Come live if you can, the replay is there if you can't. Saturday 9th May — New Workshop: How to Use EFT On Your Own ✨ This one is for premium members and I am so excited about it. If you've been coming to sessions and want to start using EFT in your own time, between sessions, whenever life gets loud — this is exactly what you need. We'll be making it practical, simple and something you can actually use from day one. And if you haven't already dived into the Tap Into It: EFT for Emotional Freedom mini course that's already waiting for you inside premium — that is the perfect place to start before this workshop lands. Saturday 23rd May — New Mini Course: Coming Home 🌿 This one goes deep. Coming Home is all about self-worth and inner child healing — the kind of work that shifts something at the root. Also for premium members and I genuinely cannot wait to share it with you. Both the workshop and the mini course are part of premium membership — if you're not on premium yet, now really is the time. May is shaping up to be one of the richest months we've had inside here and I don't want you to miss it. You can upgrade from inside the community and founding member pricing is still available for now. See you Monday 💛

✨ Day 5 — Stop Shrinking to Fit 🌙
How much of yourself have you been making smaller? Your voice. Your opinions. Your needs. Your dreams. Your light. We do it so automatically that we often don't even notice. We soften our words so we don't upset anyone. We downplay our achievements so others don't feel uncomfortable. We hold back what we really think because the room doesn't feel safe. But here's what that shrinking costs us — it costs us ourselves. Today we start taking up space. Not loudly, not aggressively — just honestly. Fully. Without apology. 🎧 Today's meditation: Embrace Your Worth After listening, ask yourself: where have I been shrinking? Then choose one small act of expansion today. Say the thing. Set the boundary. Take up the space. ⬇️ Share your Day 5 reflection below — where are you choosing to expand? 🌙 "One place I've been shrinking is ____. Today I chose to expand by ____."

One place I been shrinking is in work. I expand by using skills I have gaining knowledge and helping others. I am capable of doing this work.
✨ Day 4 — What You Resist, Stays 🌙
Here's something nobody tells us: avoiding an emotion doesn't make it disappear. It just drives it underground. Where it quietly shapes everything — your decisions, your relationships, your energy, your body. What we resist, stays. And what we allow, moves through. Today is a gentle day. We're not going to force anything. We're just going to create a little space for what's been waiting to be felt. 🎧 Today's meditation: After listening, close your eyes for just 3 minutes. Ask yourself: what feeling have I been avoiding? Notice where you feel it in your body. Name it. Breathe into it. That's it. ⬇️ Come back and share your Day 4 reflection below — what did you notice? 🌙 "The emotion I've been avoiding is ____. When I let myself feel it today, I noticed ____." This is brave work. I see you. 🌙

I been resisting frustration and angry and learning how to express them and let them have space and be messy.
✨ Day 3 — Who Did You Learn Self-Doubt From? 🌙
Self-doubt is not something you were born with. It was learned. And if you can learn it — you can unlearn it. So often that inner voice saying "you're not good enough," "who do you think you are," "don't even try" — it doesn't actually belong to us. It was handed to us by someone who was struggling themselves. A parent. A teacher. A partner. Society. Today we start tracing those voices back to where they came from — so we can stop carrying what was never ours to hold. 🎧 Today's meditation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJPuJdzn6A0&t=8s&view After listening, take a moment to write down the 3 most common negative thoughts you have about yourself. Then ask: whose voice is this really? ⬇️ Drop your Day 3 reflection in the comments below. 🌙 "A voice I've been carrying that isn't mine is ____. Today I'm giving it back because ____."

@Katie Roper I can relate to this struggle so much in university as I have a learning disability and feel like I need to do more try harder always due to the doubt I will fail. Its amazing how hard we can be on yourselves. I hoping bring in awareness and self compassion can help. Congratulations on nailing the interview and new job.

The medtation was great today. Some themes for self doubt that came up for me was not being good enough and as early as age 4 from parents. In adult age it shows up by paralysis by planning and not taking action on task. All or nothing thinking so dont do anything unless prefect with exerise. People pleasing and saying yes when really say no for fear of rejection. I also reassure from others often to check if I feeling acting okay. Alot self doubt comes from past relationships as well. Very eye opening exerise. Thank you
✨ Day 2 — The Story You've Been Telling Yourself 🌙
You don't live your life based on facts. You live it based on the story you believe about yourself. "I'm too emotional." "I always mess things up." "I'm not as good as them." These aren't truths. They're old scripts — written by fear, upbringing, past pain, or other people's opinions. And today, we start rewriting them. Today's meditation will help you get underneath the noise and begin to hear your own voice more clearly. 🎧 Today's meditation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yloYCbYWg7g&t=11s&view After you've listened, try this: write down one story you've been telling yourself — and then rewrite it into your new truth. "The old story I'm releasing is ____. My new truth is ____." Example: "I'm not consistent" → "I follow through when I'm aligned and supported." ⬇️ Share your Day 2 reflection below. What story are you rewriting? 🌙
