Eviction time, learning opportunity
In over 20 yrs, I've only had to evict a tenant less than a handful of times. Effective tenant screening is a major factor in your success as an investor. But sometimes, no matter how effective the screening, a Tenant's ability or willingnessto pay may change. I do believe that in my most recent situation, the tenant began having financial difficulties coupled with substance abuse. On Wednesday Jan. 28th 10am theConstable will come to enforce a Writ of Possession. This means that I get my property back...Hopefully in good shape.
