I enjoy AI as a google source, but what is tricky is when someone is fictitiously promoting AI as themselves. Sometimes indirect resources can still be helpful, but I feel like when it is someone you are directly trusting to be 'real' and the information is AI-derived, that's when it may feel a bit more misleading. In terms of desires... I know someone above had mentioned about desiring peace more than anything, and maybe this what I need to embrace more as well. So often we chase the 'highs' of life even when we know deep down that certain highs are unhealthy and may cause stress, heartache, or even physical suffering as a result. It's not to say that one should never have a thrill in life, but I think it's when these thrills are clearly causing some type of discomfort or strain in some way that they may need to be more clearly evaluated. Perhaps the most healing thing to do is to instead consciously choose to embrace what could be considered the 'healthy' things... Sometimes healthy things may not necessarily be the most thrilling choices, but may still provide longer lasting joy and harmony over the long run. Whether this be simple things like spending time in nature, sharing group meditation with others, or enjoying a soulful discussion, choosing what is truly most nourishing for the soul may be at the heart of what I desire most. And in this way, an occasional thrill or excitement of some kind within balance may be more like a bonus🍒
