My kids trigger me! They bring me the most joy, but also, because I want to do better and better for them, when I see I'm lacking when they act up, I get triggered. Lots of forgiveness in this season!

What keeps trying to get my attention is the fear based attachment I get that puts me in a reactive state. I am repearing a mantra daily that says, I'm not attahed to the outcome. It's helping!
Friday Reflections 12/19/25
Good Morning Alchemists! How are you feeling in this point of your week? It’s so good to see you today! Every Friday, we will be doing “Friday Reflections” so we can pause, take a breath, and feel what our being needs going into the weekend. With Christmas next week, it can be a big added stress with presents, relatives, and travel plans all swirling around in our awareness. You are valid in whichever emotion you’re experiencing right now. Going into the weekend, I’d like to you feel through what your body needs to feel safe. For me, I need a few times a day to simply stick my feet in the earth and breathe to get myself recentered and grounded. You might need a bubble bath to destress, or even taking some you time to color in your favorite coloring book. Whatever your body needs this weekend, let’s try giving it to ourselves, even if it’s just 10 minutes at a time. You deserve to have time to reset and catch your breath without feeling guilty about it. Feel free to share your reflections in this thread if you feel called today. Today has been rough with some rays of hope sprinkled in! I've really had to stop and breathe to get centered again! I'm letting go of guilt today! Thank you for your helpful words!
