Tired and disappointed of the same sh..
To the community, I am so tired, hurt, and disappointed dealing with Shopify. For five months, I have received nothing from Shopify. My store has been offline for more than 5 months, and this is what I am receiving every day from them. Hello Merchant, We urgently need your attention to a serious issue affecting your store. Despite our previous communications, we have not seen any corrective actions taken. If you are facing any challenges, please reach out to us without delay. It’s critical to act swiftly—failure to do so will result in your store being classified as inactive, leading to: - Store closure - Restrictions on all fund channels - Ongoing subscription charges for up to 5 months, per our policy You have less than 24 hours to resolve this. Please take action now: I am so Fu..... tired. I am in contact with Shopify every day. Beauty boss is not helping. Before I shut this down, I would like to know if anyone else has or is having the same issues.
