Hey everyone, I placed 2 orders for creators to receive samples on 3-16-26 and from what I see shipping has been delayed on at least 1 of them. The one was expected to be delivered 3-23-26. Are their shipping delays happening? And for myself, I should be getting another free sample soon as well. Can someone fill me in SAP please. I hope everyone is doing well and biz is good!

Happy Friday everyone! I'm working on sending invites to creators. Once they accept the offer, what is the process of getting product samples to them via Beauty Boss? Or can you send samples through Tik Tok and or Shopify? I've seen how to do the invites but not how to get samples to them. Or let me know where to find this info if anyone knows off hand please.
