Hi there! I am Nicky, from Tampa, FL in the US. I am a single mother of three with a lot of curiosity about how to apply AI to improve my life and by extension help others do the same. I am a spanish-speaking mortgage loan officer and love to help families (especially single-income households - hey single moms!) to accomplish homeownership and begin building wealth while healing generations trauma. I have been using Chat GPT since it came out, but am now learning to use Claude and Claude Code to build web apps that solve some of my very real problems (I am also a neurodivergent ADHDer). Recently, I have begun tinkering with GHL to automate processes for my mortgage business and feel like everything is shifting and I am eager to learn all I can about how to intentionally build using AI to augment my life's purpose.
