New Yoghurt Batch
This is my new batch of yoghurt. Very yummy - just half a cup. I have frozen 3 tablespoons for the next batch. Does anyone know when is a good time to eat it? Away from food? I have been trying to eat mid to late morning on a mostly empty stomach. I have usually had a coffee with collagen. Just curious to see what others have found out.

Feels like the weather for frozen yogurt! I might have a play at making coffee fro-yo later! (Shop brought not homemade though!)

Bbq’s are easier as I can bring things I can eat!! It’s the coffee and cake / book club get together I find tough! I used to make keto treats with almond flour but find I (literally) can’t stomach them now a days!! Just feel bloated

Having a good day. Work early to walk the dog / go for a run. Had a lovely chatty parkrun with a friend - long overdue a catch up and a nap before staying up for the football!
Worst Advice EVER
What is the worst advice you ever received — the one that sounded so right and did so much damage, running in the background of your life for years? Mine was either “Low Fat,” which I think we can all say was not helpful, but another was, "just try harder." It’s amazing how long it too me to see how much of my life was organized around trying harder at the thing I was never going to outrun with effort. What’s yours?

90% of everything taught in schools on this subject! The eatwell plate, and just the casual comments like carbs should be part of every meal! Very frustrating to have to bite my tongue otherwise I wouldn’t have enough time in the day to actually do work!!

Hi, I’m 46, living in Telford. In 2020 I stopped being able to swallow and in a long slow road to some sort of recovery started researching what nutrients my body actually need and was gobsmacked! As a marathon runner who relied on carbs learning they were non essential was huge. Day to day I am a busy mum with a full time job trying desperately to keep all the plates spinning!
