If you're reading this, you probably tutor and do most of it on your own. For a while, it was bog standard in person lessons and a diary partly full of local one-to-ones. I built this community so that we could solve the same problems, prevent writing practice questions and sharing ways to improve our businesses. There's no reason we can't share what works and save each other the grind. Here's what I hope we do together: - Swap resources, so we reduce the workload for each other - Talk honestly about what actually moves a student's grade forwards in your sessions - Test the tools I'm building and tell me where they could be improved - Cheer each other on when a student does well So tell me in the comments: what are you tutoring right now, and what's the one thing that eats up most of your prep time? I read every reply. Glad you're here. Rob
