I’m putting this here as food is usually the biggest issue. Watch this PFF video that explains how to build plates. The reason it’s so good is because it fuels your body which impacts energy which impacts movement, it prevents those afternoon slumps and it enables you to (if you focus on this 80% of the time) enjoy the indulgences without guilt and writing off entire days or weekends! I've accepted a challenge from Carly to increase my daily average step count for the next two weeks. Today I added an extra 4k onto my average. I've also started back logging my good just for my own discipline and accountability. I'm really focusing on fueling and getting that protein in.

A community of like minded people and an ACE coach giving you that encouragement and kick up the 🍑 when needed. Learning to fuel my body properly has been a massive benefit , thinking about what I eat before and after workouts. Having the freedom to say that you've had some pizza and wine with no judgement.
