@Gazza P I’ve been going through so much I couldn’t actually tell you off the top of my head. I just know that there has to be a justifiable and proportionate reason to initiate a police pursuit and especially when it causes death. I did also go through some material whereby it stated that a jury is required when it is an act or omission of a police officer. I know I won’t have any standing going in there arguing the very fact he did not require a driving license a free travelling man so I’m leaving of the justification for such pursuit to have been initiated. I’ve found chat got to be extremely helpful to ✨

@Gazza P thank you for the advice! Definitely a tricky one but I guess when you know the truth, you have to stand on this! 👌🏼 Ive managed to create a bundle to submit prior to Thursdays hearing, which I’m hoping may be adjourned as I am pushing for a Jury as I did read about the high court having a low threshold where there were police involved. I’m still awaiting a legitimate, lawful and legal answer! AI has proved to be amazing also so thank you for this advice as I did try and avoid, no ever will I do that again! There’s a lot of inconsistencies in the statement and the reasoning behind the pursuit has changed in a few occasions as they were aware their original justification was not applicable and absolutely void attempting to state that at the distance and the darkness my brother was at that they could see he started acting strangely. This then changed to driving differently as I am 100 percent adamant this is unlawful and it even pushes their own legal boundaries! I couldn’t believe that just between 2017-2022 alone, 82% of police pursuits end with the driver deceased and these chases are not for any kind of violent crime or anything as such to initiate such a pursuit. Absolutely abuse of their powers and they’ve taken the wrong person out of my life for me to ever back down. Power to the people 👊🏼✨🙏🙌🏻 👏 💖
