Hi lovely peeps, excited to be here. I’m Nickie Rhodes-Hill, founder of The Happy Hustle Co. I’m British. I have been living in Spain the past 2 years. As part of my day-to-day business, I help women .. especially amazing Gen X and midlife wonderwomen .. create simple, sustainable passive income through digital products. After almost four decades as a small business owner and creative freelancer, I realised something important:👉 “Hustle” doesn’t have to mean exhaustion. For me, it means building something joyful, flexible, and financially freeing - on your own terms. This belief is exactly how The Happy Hustle Co. came to life. My Forte .. Creating low-cost, beginner-friendly digital toolkits that show women how to turn their knowledge and life experience into digital products without getting intimidated by the tech. I’ve created my flagship collection, The Freedom Advantage, to show how to start small, earn steadily, and build confidence online without chasing trends or algorithms. Amount to launch is Digital Mission Control a suite of customGPTs focussed on all areas of digital marketing. My Passion .. Working with women who’ve spent years supporting everyone else .. raising families, running households, or building careers .. and are now ready to focus on themselves. They might be:• Planning life beyond their 9-to-5 or near retirement• Looking for flexible, low-stress passive income solutions• Drawn to creative projects but not sure where to begin I help them get started by implementing what they already know. My Background .. I started my first freelance business back in 1987 (yes - I’m that old!) and way before the internet and social media were even a thing! Since then, I’ve worked across design, branding, and marketing .. and being creative, also as a professional nail tech which lead to being a session manicurist in London (fashion week, photoshoots, advertising and celebrity work). All of these freelance experiences taught me how to think on my feet, be resourceful, resilient, and endlessly curious .. lessons I now weave into everything I believe in inside The Happy Hustle Co.

Thanks to @Brenda Rigney's support and encouragement, my Skool group is finally live!! I also just had my first member join (apart from Brenda 😂) so I'm excited!! (It's free at the moment but will eventually make it a freemium group with tiers) Here's to the journey, whatever that ends up looking like!
