The rules don't apply to me...
...because I'm a special snowflake... โ๏ธ But for real, I'm building my new community a little differently, and am genuinely wondering which advice does and does not apply in my case. My new offer is helping mid-tier touring comics sell more tickets to their shows with Meta ads. It's mainly a done-for-you offer, but I've realised that pricing can be an issue, so I've decided that a done-with-you option in a Skool community would be a solid downsell, and maybe an entry point as well. Because it is so niche (maybe 10k people in the English speaking world), I tend to think that things like ranking on Discovery maybe aren't as important. That being said, don't want to throw the baby out with the bath-water, so I'd love to get any thoughts from y'all as to what I should be doing differently, and what remains true regardless of market size/specificity. If you had a small market, and a specific problem to solve for them, how would you go about building a community?
