I cannot get my tasks to show up on my Planner. I followed the learning center until it says "This is where you choose placement. Route a list to Top Three, to the Tasks section, or leave it off this planner." I cannot find a place to select any of these options. Please tell me this is an easy fix.

Hey folks, please forgive me as I'm sure that this is a newbie question. Do I need to unpack the templates and licenses in Windows first and then transfer them (via the reMarkable app) in Windows? Or is it possible to transfer the apps via the Android version of the app? I'm a bit confused 😀

I have sent multiple requests for support and gotten no response. I have paid for the Upgrade to Pro and my account still shows Vault Level. Is this company a scam or will someone respond to me. I have been waiting five days for a response.
