I'm Back! + Updates 🌱
So I am officially relocated to Fresno! If you didn't know yet, I moved from Tucson, AZ out to Fresno, CA because my fiancée got accepted into her doctorate program out here. This last month has had a TON of drama around moving, but I have everything settled now and I'm moved over and (mostly) unpacked. I've been really quiet on here while I've been running around putting out fires, but I'm finally getting back into adding content daily, and building out the Skool. Unfortunately, I am also back to the apartment lifestyle. This means making due with limited space, little to no outdoor growing, and finding myself on the much more low-key side of things again. But that just means I get to show you guys how to make it work! 😎 Dealing with some of those challenges can lead to a lot of creativity and resourcefulness, which I always try to encourage. I actually plan on building out a whole section in the classroom on "stealth growing" and some of the tips & tricks I've learned over the years to avoid headaches, so let me know if that's something that would be useful to you! ⚠️ Please follow all your local laws still. I intend to make that section as a way to help you minimize nuisances, and maximize the value of the limited spaces you have available. ⚠️ That being said, I did have to downsize a little and I'm only going to have 1 indoor tent up for flowering (although you guys never got to see the others anyways). Thankfully, I was able to bring most of my clones / mother stock with me, so I'll have a bit of a jump start with some badass genetics to show off, and I'm lucky enough to have a small garage I get to use as a soil workshop. 👀🌱 I won't have the full backyard garden like before, but I do still have a small balcony / porch area that I'll be using to make a little personal garden. No matter where I go, I'll always find a way to grow some peppers, veggies, herbs, or maybe even a little tea garden. It's one of the small things I really enjoy, and I encourage everyone to do the same!

@Jake Hudecek I think Fresno barely got a dispensary like this year...yeah, certain areas/counties are very conservative. But I guess we can grow our 6 plants, although most city ordinances start to have criteria on how you're able to do that. I think this is why most grow very discretely. I wish we had a better community of sharing genetics and just general home growing as well. It doesn't seem to exist around here.

@Jake Hudecek city ordinances are all different. typically have to own your home in order to grow. no outside growing. limited to inside or some attached room, no outdoor free-standing buildings...it gets crazy depending on the city you are in. can't double-up on medical licenses, like say you have 3 adults in the house each with medical needs, i think max is twelve??? might change depending on the cities, but it doesn't stack plant counts based on the number of adults in the house with medical recommendations. there's usually a cap of 1 to 2 max patients per house. aside from all that depressing info, haha, yeah, if you start to build some sort of local community, please let me know. keep on growing!
Week 5 of Flower
Just sharing what I have in the tent at the moment, a single THCV plant. Started with 4 seedlings, 2 ended up male, 2 female. One of the females was just very small and not growing well so it was tossed outside to observe. One male was used for pollen and the other male tossed. I ended up pollenating half of the plant for seeds (trash bag over half the plant and pollenate with a paint brush). Current smell/terps is woodsy/earthy with a slight sweet tropical scent that comes through. Happy Growing! 💚

@Jake Hudecek thanks Jake! this particular cultivar is just called THCV, part of a "Free the V" project or public domain initiative from a farm/grower in the Santa Cruz mountains in California (Jade Nectar). it's an interesting plant, has an 18hr flower trait (not an auto), but can trigger/flower in 18hr conditions. this is my 2nd round with it (grew it maybe 2 years ago). such a great smoke (which is why I wanted to get some seeds from it on this round). i'm not a big THC high-content guy, so this sorta even THC/THCV really works well for me. i definitely want to experience more THCV effects and see how they work for me long-term. thinking of my next run, i want to try some of the longer flowering landrace cultivars and cross with this plant to help bring down the flowering time. that's the idea at least, hopefully it pans out 🙂

@Jake Hudecek correct, primarily indoors. I'll put a plant outside for space and observation but it's not often. outdoors usually get the best expressions from what I've seen so far.
Welcome to my Skool !!
Thanks for joining! I'll be using this Skool community to provide tons of free education, resources, and support for as many people as I can. That being said, it is a work in progress. So feel free to reach out anytime with questions, suggestions, or any feedback. The goal is to have the "Classroom" as an all-inclusive resource to refer back to whenever you have questions in your grow, and I'll be slowly building it out over time. If you have something you want answered, reach out to me directly and I'll get you taken care of (and fast track the information being provided in the Classroom section). At the same time, this is also a great way to connect local growers & like-minded individuals. You'd be surprised how many people are doing awesome things in your own town. Please use it as a space to share ideas, connect with others, and learn! Quick intro poll . . . What's your experience level growing?

Organic Veg questions
Hey there how’s it going yall? Ok Im enjoy the organic life and it’s been treating me well. One thing I have realized is a Veg top dress is tough for Autos when Veg window can be so small. So I was looking for some good Veg liquid organics to use before I top dress with Stash Bloom

I use a product from Vine Vitality, which I'm not sure if they are still around. I need to check, but it's great for veg, a fish/kelp liquid fertilizer. Also during veg I use Organic REV.
SCIENCE!!!
It’s been a week of dry for this Banana Purple Punch and I was curious so took a small sample from bottom branch. Gonna give it a smoke. I don’t expect it to be great or smoke well but sure looks pretty. I also have had these lil pieces in the Grove bag since I chopped for a few weeks from now. Haha
