https://s.pokerbros.net/?t=msjs36b6012en This hand upset me quite a bit. How can anyone have those cards after a 3x raise? Perhaps I should have just called and not jammed? What do you think?
I’ve been doing a lot of studying on 3 bets from the SB/BB, which are typically a 3 bet or fold spot from me. Although I made a terrible call, I put you on high cards and since we were 6 handed I thought I’d mix it up with a raise thinking I could get AK-AT to fold a lot of equity. Thought of it mostly as an exploit against players who C-bet on a board that doesn’t favor their range. I could have a lot of sets there as the 3 bet caller… etc Not sure why I made that call, was feeling loose and knew I had some outs against a big hand at very least. Wasn’t thinking I ran into aces though.
I flopped quads today. Very good hand. I feel like I might have missed out on some value though. What do you think? https://s.pokerbros.net/?t=j61soeb7002en Check out the hand I played on #PokerBROS Click to see the video replay of this hand!
