I run a Webflow + design agency (~40 people) and I've been going deep on AI/automation for the last few months. Mostly Claude Code as the backbone. What I'd love to learn from others who are further along or experimenting alongside me: - Ops vs. delivery, are you mostly automating the internal OS (sales, PM, finance, onboarding, reporting), or are you pushing AI into the actual production work (design, copy, builds)? Where's the line for you? - What you'd never touch with AI, every agency I talk to has a "no, this stays human" zone.
