Not only yes, but...

I like the scout idea, but I would go more along the "sniper" route. A sniper lays in wait for the perfect opportunity. He observes. He evaluates. He's a calculated decisionmaker. He doesn't just "spray and pray" like an infantryman. He's definitely part of the team, but doesn't want his presence known... yet. He absolutely will when the time is right for him to expose himself. When that time comes, he takes his shot. And once he does, he just might (aguably) be the most valuable member of the team (or one of them).

I'm not waiting for anything at the moment, I'm already lifetime Ronin. I just know that I've been in this situation before, and some community owners really make you feel like shit for not contributing "enough" Then they get mad when people feel they "must" contribute, so they drop low quality posts and comments because they feel pressured to do SOMETHING. I was always like "chill dude... I'm waiting for my moment to strike, and I will, but you gotta trust me that I'll know the right time. And you'll be glad when I do"
