Hello Everybody! I’m a new real estate investor (currently own 1 single family rental) from Thunder Bay, Ontario. Does anybody have any recommendations for some real estate investing books to read? I’ve already read Rich Dad Poor Dad, The millionaire next door, and how to win friends and influence people. Thank you in advance!!

St. John’s, NL Real estate tax accountant.
Anyone in the St. John’s area have recommendations for a tax accountant that also owns rentals or deals with a high number of clients with rental properties?

I have a retired CPA who is no longer taking clients and will be in the market myself I would imagine within the next couple years. Let me know if you find anyone and what you think of them. I'll keep my eye out. Might be a good question to ask at the meetup!

Met a few people at the meetup a couple months back. Mostly realtors but some had investments and cool projects they were working on. I would like to meet more like minded investors in the area for sure.
