Did the update replace the MLS listing number for user inputted address information to identify the property being analyzed? For reference, I’m located in St. John’s NL

Just checked again and it now appears to be linking to the correct Newfoundland MLS listing..

Just checked another NL number and the system linked to an Ottawa listing with the same MLS number 1291855. 1289218 & 1291893 linked to the NL property

Cash VS HELOC
If you had $100k cash and 100k HELOC, Which would you use first to buy a rental property and why? Also, can you use a HELOC from one bank to PURCHASE A HOME WITH ANOTHER bank?
