Most people don’t have a clear vision..
it’s crazy to me that most people, if you ask them, don’t know exactly where they envision themselves doing in the future. They don’t know what they’re working towards or want from life..

What are the "Levels"?
it takes 3 books and 20 hours of practice to become skilled in a field. it takes 10 books and 100 hours to be a proficient . it takes 100 books and 1000 hours of practice to become an expert. it takes 1000 books and 10,000 hours to become a master. a book represents acquiring information. each book is about 5 hours worth of information gathering. this can translate to any way of acquiring information like events, podcasts, audiobooks, youtube videos (as long as it is new and useful information) experience come from practice, building, workshops, applying knowledge to projects, solving problems, getting feedback. you either choose the path of mastery, or the path of expert with proficiency in as many departments as possible.
