Weekly Pilgrim's Question
A man on a quest towards finding his true purpose must explore his own soul, by asking these mythic pilgrim’s questions. This week, ask yourself: What brings you joy?

Joy for me arises through many instances and mainly through a connection with nature. That may also be called spirit.

@Gareth Evans what does it man for you to "get out of my own way"?

A clip of Robert Moore talking about building an inner temple for communion, to harness your archetypal energy.

I have struggled with some of the stimuli in our society, which seems to direct our attention towards, and reward, the egotistical works and energies, such as described by Moore as the sorcerer. Sometimes I find it difficult to discern whether I am within integrity or fooling myself, virtuous self talk covering a shadow.

Welcome brother! Introduce yourself and share something
If you've just taken the King Warrior Magician Lover test, what did you think of your results? Did you agree with them? Share your own insights. You can use a simple format: Hello, I'm from ___________. My masculine energy test results: King (Balanced/Over/Under-Functioning) Warrior (Balanced/Over/Under-Functioning) Magician (Balanced/Over/Under-Functioning) Lover (Balanced/Over/Under-Functioning) Or, if you prefer, just drop your favourite song in the comments... Let's get to know each other!

G'day gentlemen. My name is Nic, currently living in the top end, Australia. I haven't sat the test for some time, so the previous results are possibly now inaccurate. It has been an eventful year so far, and winds of change are directing me southwards to a new chapter. Looking forward to group chinwags and insights.

@Robbie Maelduin certainly has, in both directions. Left a toxic work environment, resigned from a misaligned new job [but with very supportive people] due to the death of my estranged father. Visited Tassie again and continued that particular love affair, whilst renovating our home. Thanks for the tune, blast from the past.
Listen to me. I'm the only real thing in your life.
Marcus Aurelius knew society was a prison of our own making, but modern men need his Stoicism stripped of its imperial bullshit—true freedom comes when you stop giving a fuck about comfort and embrace the beautiful chaos of your primitive self.

I was sitting in my ironically named 'living room', during a time when I was struggling with depression. A mate popped by with a pirate copy of 'A Beautiful Life' and 'Fight Club', handed them to me, chatted over a smoke, then left me to watch alone. The former broke me open, the latter shoved a solid dose of backbone into me. Sent me on a journey of renewed self creation.
