Best way to manage Airbnb cleaning in Australia?

Hi, I'm in the process of starting my Airbnb business and currently applying for my first property. Do you have any tips or suggestions to help strengthen my application and improve the chances of landlord approval? Also, is there anyone based in Australia who might be able to assist with this? Hey Ryan, Thanks for the reply! I’ve got rental history for three properties — the most recent was about five years ago — and I’ve included those in my application. I’m actively applying and hoping to land my first place soon. Quick question: is there a sublet contract template you'd recommend, or should I create one myself?
