Progress > Perfection
Focusing on true strength training has had many incredible benefits over the last 2ish years - 8+lbs of muscle gained - All my lifts increased significantly - Body feels amazing (better mobility, ess nagging injuries, heal faster when injuries do happen) - Confidence through the roof aka FEEL FUCK DANGEROUS - Extra yards to all the clubs in my bag - Body Fat is easier to keep off - Girlfriend can't keep her hands off me - Overall health scores improved It's may more than just looking better. But it also takes way more than just showing up to the gym sometimes or even consistently. I'm offering the exact program I followed for the last year or so to you all first. If you upgrade ($36 monthly) you get the program delivered to your phone, weekly group calls with me helping, monthly 1on1 call from me to better set you up for success. I can only afford this for 20 people before I'll have to up the price. But if done now, you'll be forever locked in at that price. You can cancel or downgrade anytime. Let's fuckin get it

Daily Steps & How Much They Matter
Yes & No If you are in a fat loss phase, they can make a major impact. But consistency is key. If you are walking 8-10k a day. Bumping up to 11 or 12 will slowly aid in the extra calorie burn. I would personally (and am currently) bumping up to 15k. This is a significant enough jump to demand more energy from the body aka more calories burned. This is the fastest and most effective way to start really seeing Fat Loss. Simply moving more. But where most fuck it all up is thinking they can add some more calories in. This defeats the whole purpose. The amount of calories actually burned from adding more steps in isn't that significant. But done DAILY will help a lot, just not enough to justify 3 extra Guinnesses and a cookie. How many steps are you all averaging?

Air/Assault Bike Fan??
Love Hate Honestly... I know how great this thing is for ya, but DAMN. Working my way back into cardio (hopefully some weights tomorrow) this week. I went for a watered down Norwegian 4Ɨ4 but only did 4Ɨ1 🫣 The 4Ɨ4 is a great, science baked HIIT workout to boost V02 max which everyone should work on doing on their fitness routine. 4 mins HARD but not impossible work, roughly 90% max effort. Then spend the next 3 mins getting your.heart.rrate back down. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds. With a warm up and cool down you done in well under 45 mins. I did 1 min All Outs with 3 mins rest. 1st time doing any conditioning in months so took it a little easy. Any questions about this, let me know below (Tag me so i can see the notification) Oblique and back are slowly dissipating so hopefully back to golf and a REAL workout next week. Tomorrow I'll test machines for that extra stability. Cheers
