I just wanted to share that I’ve recently started giving my daughter chicken broth and it seems to be helping her a lot. In the morning I also give her a very small amount of Sidr honey, mixed with a light ginger and cinnamon tea (just a tiny piece of each, boiled and strained), mainly because she tends to get sick quite easily with the heat and dust here in Saudi. I’ve also started using supplements from a UK brand called Mighty Kids Supplements and I saw they have vitamin C as well. Since Tayyaba you’re in the UK, have you heard of this brand?
Question About Parasite Detox Tea
Hi, I have a quick question. My daughter already drinks a small ginger and cinnamon tea with a little honey every morning and has done so for a long time. She enjoys it and tolerates it well. Would it be okay to add the parasite detox tea as well and give the recommended 1 teaspoon daily? Thanks

@Batool Mirza at the moment I’m using the Culturelle probiotics + fiber for her, but there’s also a pure probiotics version. Do you think one is better than the other, or are they basically the same for her? Being a picky eater she does have smoothies, a bit of chicken broth, and some roti with curry.

@Batool Mirza thank you for all the guidance, recommendations, detailed PDFs and podcasts.I have gone through everything carefully and really appreciate the time and effort you put into it. I’m thinking of ordering MegaSporeBiotic for my daughter. Could you please advise how to start? Should I use a small amount, half a capsule, or a whole capsule? Should it be given daily or every other day, and do you recommend any testing before starting? She has recently surprised us by trying a few new foods like fries and samosas, which has been very encouraging. Since shipping to Saudi Arabia is expensive, I’m considering ordering two boxes to the USA and having my brother bring them over. Thank you again, and I’d appreciate your guidance before I place the order.
Folinic Acid Masterclass
Hi guys, so based on the results of the poll, it seems majority of you want me to cover this in great detail. I will share with you that I am crazy passionate about Folinic Acid, as it was one of the major pieces for my own son, and we have been following this now for 5 years (with a year break in the middle to work on mold). So I am thinking of doing a masterclass on this to capture the best practices, dosing, brands, testing, side effects, gains, sequencing, co-factors etc ! I would love for you to leave some questions down below so I can make sure I address them !

Hi, I missed this live call. Is there any recording available that I could watch? Thank you.
Beef bone broth
I forgot to ask in meeting earlier today, but I’ve heard mixed things on beef bone broth being high in histamines, is this true? Would you still recommend for the gut? Thanks!

Hi, I also started giving my daughter chicken broth daily half a glass (Batool’s recipe) and after initially refusing it, she has slowly started drinking it happily with a straw.
