☀️ JUNE SESSIONS CHALLENGE ☀️
New month. Fresh start. Another opportunity to build momentum. And if you've been meaning to get started, June is the perfect time. Remember: This challenge is not about perfection. It's not about training every day. It's about showing up consistently and stacking small wins. Because consistency is what creates results. A good program helps.A coach helps.A supportive community helps. But consistency is still the ingredient that creates long-term change. 🎯 YOUR TARGET FOR JUNE 👉 Complete 12 sessions this month (about 3 per week) 👉 Let's see how many total sessions we can accumulate together as a community Every session counts. 📊 BEFORE YOU START JUNE... Please take a couple of minutes to: ✅ Update your May Sessions Challenge with any sessions you still need to log ✅ Add your May total to the Annual Sessions Challenge Let's keep building month after month 👊 📌 HOW TO TRACK YOUR JUNE SESSIONS After your first session, leave one comment below: Session #1 – [session name] – [short reflection] Then simply reply to your own comment after each session: Session #2Session #3Session #4... Simple and easy. This also gives me a place to support you, answer questions, and help keep you accountable. 🤝 WANT AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER? Comment: "Partner me up!" and I'll help connect members who want some extra accountability this month. 👣 NEW HERE? This is the perfect time to get started. Whether you're working through The Reset, The Comeback Foundations, Integration, Capacity, Performance, or simply getting back into a routine, the goal is the same: Show up. One session at a time. Let's make June a month of momentum. Who's in? 👇

@Rodrigo Gallego session 4: Level 3 integration :) Just felt good to move- felt very nourishing :) Are you familiar with Carl Jungs description of the Dark Mother? I’ve been in her grip lately - interesting how much my body suffers due to her ‘nurturing’
🗓️ Annual Sessions Challenge
This is our Annual Sessions Challenge — a simple way to track your consistency, notice progress, and reflect on how your movement practice evolves over the year. Everyone is encouraged to join, no matter when you started. 👉 How this works - Leave ONE comment below to start your personal thread. - In that comment, post the total number of sessions you completed in your first month. - Each month after that, reply to your original comment with: Keeping everything in one thread makes it easy to look back and see your consistency build over time. 💬 What to share (optional, but encouraged) Along with your session count, feel free to add: - Wins (big or small) - What’s feeling better or different - Challenges you’re navigating - Questions or observations You’re also encouraged to like and comment on other people’s threads — that support and interaction goes a long way in keeping everyone motivated. A quick reminder This isn’t about perfection or comparing numbers. It’s about: - Showing up - Building the habit - Tracking what you’re actually doing over time Consistency compounds — and this thread helps make that visible. 👇 Go ahead and start your thread below with the total sessions from your first month. Let’s build this year together. 👣

May session total and reflection: I completed 5 sessions - perhaps all the body things can now show up because I have a platform to work with them? Haha- (re. Foot and cervical spine this month).

Sunday Check-In
Hola Movers — hope you’re having a great weekend. Before anything else, I wanted to let you know that there will be no live sessions this week. My family and I are taking a vacation to celebrate my daughter's graduation, and I'm doing my best to be fully present and take as much time away from work as possible. If you know me, you know that’s not always easy 😅 I will still be checking in, reading your posts, and answering questions throughout the week — just with a little more delay than usual. 🔥 Keep the Momentum Going One thing I’ve learned over the years is that consistency matters more than perfection. Even when life gets busy, a few sessions can make a huge difference. 👉 Take a minute today and decide when your 3 sessions will happen this week. Put them on your calendar and treat them like appointments. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge I’ll be posting the June Sessions Challenge later today so you can get started right away. Before then: ✅ Update your May session count ✅ Update your annual session count ✅ Set your goal for June If you're new here and would like to participate in the monthly challenge, simply unlock one of the membership tiers and jump in with us. 🌱 New Members If you joined recently: 👣 The replay of Saturday's Live Foundations Class is now available inside the Classroom tab. 👣 I also highly recommend completing the Movement Foundations Assessment if you haven't done it yet. It's one of the best ways to understand where your body is right now and where to focus first. Have a great week everyone. And let me know below: 👇 What days are you planning to train this week?

I’m counting today and yesterdays homework as sessions this month as I added the warm up and cool down parts to make a little flow for myself (and to boost my sense of some wins as this months been harder ;)) Question, I’ll ask this week but posting here too- what foot or ankle imbalance might cause aching on lateral side top of foot? It’s my left foot (the one with the pain on the sole under 3rd metatarsal). When I walk long distance it gets achy… (I wear grounding wide toe shoes)

@Rodrigo Gallego I wouldn’t say it moved, the underside of foot pain isn’t as strong, but I can tell whatever is causing it is still there- as long as I’m not to direct with it, it seems to not be painful. But now I’ve noticed with increased walking, the upper outside of foot and just under ankle bone is irritated :/ Seems to get irritated after long walks. Also, I’m not sure if this is something you could help with too… my cervical spine has been bugging me, and I wake up with mildly tingling finger and wrists, both sides, that improve with movement. Maybe I’ll check out your spinal video…

session 7, level 3, session 3: Really noticed my stuck position staying solid during static beast to bear! Still trying to figure out the hip rotation - I’m the sense of where is actually neutral for me, which side is over rotated… more to discover always :)
