Rodrigo truly puts his whole heart and being into coaching! I always feel the right amount of challenge and support for exactly where I am at. He makes a point of working with each individual in all of their uniqueness (no cookie cutter coaching here!). Not only is the program intentional and through in building a strong, stable body from the foundation up, but it’s also flexible enough to keep layering challenge and/or adapting for unique needs and situations. My body is so happy!!
