@Edline Chado When I was 21 in 2020, I felt like I was going to have a panic attack around 5:00 PM CST every day. Once COVID hit, that's when I had my first panic attack. I used to drink a lot of coffee. After quitting the coffee, I stopped having that feeling around that time. However, my anxiety didn't really go away and I had a few panic attacks after quitting coffee. Quitting coffee and caffeine altogether helped me manage the problem. A carnivore diet made it disappear. The last time I had a full-on panic attack was when I was actually on a carnivore diet. I had one while I was on a walk during a ~90℉ summer day (in fact it might have been in the upper 90's). On that day I had eaten a roast that was soaked in onion. I knew I'd probably pay in some way but I decided not to worry nor pay too much attention... I took the walk shortly after eating my lunch. As I was halfway into my typical walk I started having anxious thoughts over the heat and then my heart started pounding. I started jogging back home. I was still a little anxious as I got inside. At the time I rationalized (or perhaps realized) that the feeling seemed "mechanistic." I decided to pin the blame on the onion and just let the feeling subside with time. Now that's a bit unfair because it could have been the heat, onion, both, or neither of those things. Regardless, I'm still just a little wary of onions now. 🙃
@Edline Chado You're welcome, Edline! An island you say? I'm a little jealous since I live in the state of Wisconsin here in the US. On the upside, we're just entering spring and I'm finally getting some more sun. Anyways, it's fantastic to hear you're also finding healing through a carnivore diet! 😁✌️
What explains HIGH IQ humans with POOR METABOLIC HEALTH? Is this a secret life-hack or are might these individuals be pushing through cognitive decline?
