Hi all, I'm Nate. I've been working in the real estate industry for about 10 years. Been a part of several brokerages, teams, and coaches as their "marketing guy". I've become an expert in AI and real estate, building (not selling), teaching, and implementing different strategies using AI. Some examples are listing presentations, CMA's, fix and flips, AEO/GEO, lead generation, lead pipelines, customer journey's, newsletters, market reports, etc. Basically, if you ever hired someone to help you run your business, I've most likely done it and then automated most of the job with AI. I'd like to share some of the strategies I've used, help answer questions about AI in general, and find new problems to solve (hopefully you guys have some suggestions!)
