Hi all, I've been struggling with finding local businesses to actually buy or lease my ranked sites, and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Scrape every business in your site's niche and city from Google Maps. I use a free Chrome extension (Map Lead Scraper, there are a dozen like it), takes 10 minutes and gives you name, phone, website and email for 100 to 300 businesses. 2. Sort the list by who's already paying for leads. Search your main keyword and note which businesses are running Google Ads but not ranking organically. Those are your buyers. They've already proven they'll pay for calls, they're just overpaying Google for them. 3. Download a free mail merge for Gmail (I use YAMM, free tier is lije 50 sends a day) and send a short plain-text email: "I own the site ranking #1 for X in Y. It gets Z calls a month. Want me to forward them to you for a week, free, so you can hear the quality yourself?" 4. This is the part that changed everything: put a Twilio number on the site (about $1/m) and actually forward the calls to your best prospect for 7 days. Then follow up with and ou're not pitching SEO anymore, you're taking away leads they've already tasted. Total cost: Twilio number $1.15/m, a Gmail address. Well under $10/m, and the first yes for me came witjin two weeks. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏

@Abdul Ahad Just simpler and also feels more authentic can actually build relationships with people and then grow my business that way
Hello, Im a new member.
I have a URL that covers the LLMO subject matter. It is my own site. I would like to post it with a poll. Before I do, I'd like a staff member ( I am not a Level 9 ) to take a look and verify it will be ok to post. Thank you

Welcome Mark!
Google Quietly Connected Your TikTok, YouTube & Instagram
(ALL FILES ATTACHED - IF ON MOBILE, SCROLL RIGHT) Just dropped a new one, and this might be the most slept-on Search change of the year. Open your Google Search Console. If you've verified your social profiles as platform properties, Google is now showing you the exact search queries that surface your TikToks, YouTube videos, and Instagram posts. Impressions, clicks, CTR, average position. For your social content. Inside the same tool you use for your website. Nobody's really talking about it. So I made a video breaking down what it means and, more importantly, what to actually do with it. In the video, I cover: - The myth that trips everyone up (Google does NOT track your on-platform views, so what IS this data?) - Why every post you publish is now a search result, and Google isn't ranking your posts anymore, it's ranking YOU, the entity - How to export all your platform data and have Claude Code build a single cross-platform "query matrix" - 3 plays that fall out of that matrix: cohesion audit, demand transfer (TikTok is secretly an early-keyword tool), and the one-platform-vs-two-platform pillar rule

I built and launched a full website with Kimi K3 (not Claude) + 2 free files
I did something different this week. I built an entire website WITHOUT Claude Code. Kimi's new K3 model just beat Claude Fable 5 and GPT 5.6 on a bunch of benchmarks, so I put it to a real test: build a website, deploy it to Cloudflare, attach a real domain, and get it SEO-perfect. Start to finish. The result: a modern animated site, live on its own domain, scoring near-perfect on Google's Lighthouse (100 on SEO). The new video shows the whole workflow: - The Kimi desktop app setup (feels like the Claude/ChatGPT apps, zero terminal) - The Cloudflare plugin that lets Kimi deploy the site FOR you - Where I get templates that don't look AI-generated - Connecting the domain + verifying in Search Console so it actually ranks - The honest part: what it costs vs Claude Code, and the one real drawback (it's slow) Two free downloads to go with it: 1. My SEO Playbook file. Everything I've learned building ranking sites with Claude Code, condensed into one file you drop into Kimi so it does SEO right by default (ATTACHED - If on mobile, scroll right). 2. My website launch checklist, for making sure every site you push live is done correctly (HERE)

Build your own AI visibility tracker for 91 cents
I built a custom AI search visibility tracker: a live page on its own shareable link that tracks where a website gets mentioned and cited across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. It refreshes whenever you want it to. It cost 91 cents to run. The whole thing is one prompt. It's attached below. Free, no email, nothing to buy. **What you need first** 1. **A ChatGPT subscription with access to Sites.** Sites is the plugin that turns the report into a real hosted page you can send to someone. It's not on the free tier. Chat or Codex mode both work, it genuinely doesn't matter which. 2. **A data source.** I use DataForSEO: https://app.dataforseo.com/?aff=182182. New accounts get **$1 of free credit**, and the report costs 91 cents, so your first one is effectively covered. After that it's pay as you go, so a one time $50 deposit lasts a long time if you're only tracking your own site. SE Ranking works too. You can also connect the Ahrefs or Semrush APIs if you already pay for them, but those get expensive fast and you'd be paying for data you're already renting. 🔌Connecting DataForSEO to ChatGPT🔌 is a two minute job and I've linked the walkthrough video in the description. Once it's connected you can build any custom SEO tool this way, not just this one. 👉🏼How to run it 1. Open a **new conversation** in ChatGPT. 2. Type `@` and pick **Sites**. 3. Attach the MD file and say: *"Please build this for [yourwebsite.com], follow the instructions."* 4. Hit enter and leave it alone for a bit. It may ask you a question or two. The prompt is long, which is why it's a file rather than something to paste inline. If you picked SE Ranking or another dataset instead of DataForSEO, you'll need to edit the API section near the top. **What you get back** A report, styled to the brand colours of whatever site you pointed it at, showing: - Where the site is mentioned and cited across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews - **Which competitor is getting mentioned instead of you.** It picks that automatically, based on who is actually showing up in the AI answers, then tells you why them and not you.
