Hey guys, just wanted to give a public shout out to @Morgan Lawler for pushing through and it looks like getting his first deal done with banks, investors, etc. The guy has a ton of talent and gets it when it comes to making sure he builds good product that he can be proud of. asking 182,000 per acre. Which looks like a reasonable priced developed lots going for 300,000 an acre Needs a road and development. What do i do with this information?
