Started my weight loss treatment!
Hey guys, I hope this group is still active!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but finally after much thought, I have decided to start weight loss treatment and I’m doing it with Tirzepatide. You probably have heard of this medication, so it’s going to be a once a week shot and hopefully in 3 to 6 months. I will have reach my weight loss goal or be closer to it, and I decided to make a video because I feel like it’ll be nice if I have support of other People that can walk with me during this journey!

Somehow, someway I have found myself in a competition with my wife to see who can get the most steps. 😭😂 Now I’m getting my butt off my desk at work to go move around. Anyone else ever get caught up in a step challenge before?
