Module 2 — Daily Steps
The second part of the Big 3 is your daily steps. Before trying to dramatically increase exercise or overhaul your activity level, we first want to understand your normal movement patterns throughout real life. Some days may naturally be: - more active - less active - work-heavy - home-heavy - highly variable The goal is not perfection. The goal is awareness of repeated movement patterns over time. How to Monitor Most smartphones and smart watches already track daily steps automatically. At the end of each day, simply record your total step count. Example: - Monday — 3,842 - Tuesday — 5,116 - Wednesday — 4,203 - Thursday — 2,988 Over time, this becomes your baseline movement pattern. From there, future movement goals can become more realistic because they are being built around your actual life rather than ideal conditions.

Wanted to share with you all tonight’s dinner… it was so yummy. My almost 5 year old requested shrimp so we delivered (I know, I’m so impressed with his palette. I doubt I was craving seafood at that age, lol) my almost 2 year old is just as adventurous and enjoyed the meal as well! 🤩 I really wanted black beans 🫘 and I’m so used to having it with rice or something similar like quinoa, but I wanted to ease on carb intake this meal and decided to go with shredded cabbage as my substitute and it was delish 😋 had a crunch and absorb the black bean liquid perfectly; mission accomplished and happy tummy. My family had this meal with quinoa. Shrimp with sautéed garlic, onion, cilantro, and lime (shrimp air fried and then combined with chutney, lightly seasoned with old bay) Roasted frozen broccoli Black beans Tri color shredded cabbage 1/2 avocado

A boy and his salad
I couldn’t believe my eyes.. I prepared a bowl of salad with air fried chicken breast. I set it on the table and left to another room. Upon my return I find my son holding my big bowl of salad and about to dig in! 😂 I said hang on I can make you a bowl too… that was his dinner salad with chicken. I still cant believe it.

@Joshua Verduzco lol I guess the hack is to leave food around. Today I had portioned out pumpkin seeds and came back and it was gone. He dumped it on his plate 🤣
Your day already has a structure

Started my weight loss treatment!
Hey guys, I hope this group is still active!!!! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything but finally after much thought, I have decided to start weight loss treatment and I’m doing it with Tirzepatide. You probably have heard of this medication, so it’s going to be a once a week shot and hopefully in 3 to 6 months. I will have reach my weight loss goal or be closer to it, and I decided to make a video because I feel like it’ll be nice if I have support of other People that can walk with me during this journey!
