It depends on what skills you're working on. If you're training straight arm skills like the frontlever and planche, you can add some weighted pullups or dips at the end of your workout but it doesn't have to be all your training session. If you're working on bent arms skills, doing some weighted stuff can help you a lot. For instance, if you wanna unlock the one arm pullup, having a solid weighted pullup PR will help you a lot. Personally, to unlock my 1st clap HSPU, I was doing weighted HSPU to increase difficulty and it worked amazingly well.
