Guys i was doing calisthenics heavy pull workout, and my eye vein burst, like i can see red area in my right eye. Has this happened to anyone, if so what are the solutions to it.
Can anyone help me improve with balancing a handstand?i still can't "always" find my sweet spot. I'm doing chest to-wall hs taps for that but still balances for like 6 secs and then back to the wall.
The best exercises in my opinion: A wall Handstand (not against the wall.just kick up to it)when you hold it just try to get your feet away from the wall by just your fingers.don't use any other muscle just your fingers.that will make you finger so good for the hs. Try it every time and everywhere so your body recognizes the technique And that's it keep it up
