Communication is at the heart of leadership. What is one small tweak you have made recently - whether it is listening more, asking better questions, or pausing before responding - that improved a conversation? Share your tip with the group. Small shifts create big impact!
Something I have learned about my communication style over the last year is that I communicate better when I learned to slow down and take a pause to process information thoroughly. That pause often brings me the insight to ask questions that further my understanding. This allows for smoother communication with less misunderstandings or misinterpretations on my end.
