Understanding Where Value is Shifting [Resource Attached]
Many of the challenges professionals are experiencing right now - uncertainty, role instability, shifting expectations - are not random... They follow a pattern. As organizations face increasing pressure, roles are compressed, decision authority concentrates, and repeatable output is automated. This is not a reflection of effort or capability, but more a reflection of where leverage is moving. I created a brief that outlines these patterns and provides a structured way to understand positioning within this shift. This is a foundational resource for those who want clarity on what is changing and why. 👉 The Leverage Compression Brief is attached. If you read it, pay particular attention to: - where your current role sits within the leverage hierarchy - how your work is perceived in terms of decision influence and economic impact - which aspects of your role are most compressible This is not about urgency, but about clarity.

What Creates the Most Friction in Your Day?
Most leadership challenges are not dramatic. They are repetitive points of friction that occur throughout the day. This might include: - switching between too many priorities - being interrupted at key moments - needing to respond before you are ready - carrying unresolved decisions These moments seem small, but they compound. What creates the most friction in your day right now?
@Wayne Bradbury It might be helpful if you tackle one task at a time... a time for everything type view. Limiting distractions is not always easy, but we can really only give our attention (fully) to one thing at a time. Btw, sounds like you are in for some amazing rides! Congrats on the new motorcycle
