Hello. I’m Natalie I’m 57, married to Paul and have two gorgeous girls 25 & 20. I have been dieting and exercising for about 35 years. I’ve done all the fad diets out there hoping for a miracle and joined group led plans which did work but that I find so hard to maintain. I’m in a rut now where nothing is changing and was actually surgery. After chatting to a friend they suggested I reach out for some help so I approached Carly and I’ve landed here. I’m excited to get going, have a better relationship with food and train effectively. My end goal Is to be healthier, stronger and to not mind looking in the mirror 🙏🏻
