@Lisa Balthaser I had a spiritual coaching session and we did a guided meditation and clearing and 'foundations' kept coming up so I asked AI about my business foundations. It said that I had them but they were rocky and needed looking at properly. After some back and forth I told it what my 1:1 coaching looked like and it asked me why I didn't use that framework in the rest of my business and tbh I'd just never thought of it that way so that's what I've been building it all around. Before doing a new freebie I've been asking women in a community I'm in and the feedback has been very positive so I'm going with it. Basing my content around it.
