Checking out Canva for Free VS the paid versions
So I'm trying to figure out the benefits of each of the different Canva offerings: Free, professional, and business. How do they work and how do they work with ChatGPT? I'm asking because I've only used the free version and haven't used it in years.
My Five Whys
I do what I do because: 1. I believe that we all deserve to be seen, heard, and valued 2. Because we all have something special and unique to offer 3. Because we shouldn't try to define ourselves by someone else's limited idea of who we can be, what we can offer, or how high we can rise 4. Because I've been limited, I hate it, I'm trying to break out of it 5. Because I want to be seen, heard and valued. And I now know that I'm the only one who can truly give it to myself. Looking to others doesn't work.
My Origin Story
I'm not sure if I'm jumping the gun, but I thought I'd do this assignment. Let me know if it is too long. I’ve always been a champion of people. I was the kid who befriended the girl in kindergarten when others made fun of her. I was the one who boycotted my third-grade class when a teacher was cruel to a student. I fell in love with the hippie movement—despite being born eighteen years too late—and carried its values of justice, compassion, and collective care with me wherever I went. That same longing for freedom and authenticity led me to study Romantic literature in college, a movement devoted to living passionately, truthfully, and in relationship with the inner world. Those ideals weren’t academic to me—I wanted to live them. That devotion became a throughline. I joined VISTA to support underserved youth, spent years working with children, and later chose massage therapy to help people care for themselves more fully so they could care for others more sustainably. I’ve always believed everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and recognized. It just took me longer to demand that same consideration for myself. I was raised in a culture shaped by hierarchy—where someone else’s voice always mattered more. The conditioning was subtle and constant, and while I was independent by nature, a quiet part of me absorbed the belief that I had to earn my worth in order to be loved. That belief followed me into the relationship that woke me up. I thought I’d found the love of my life. I was instantly drawn to him, and when we met, I heard a quiet inner whisper telling me I would marry him. On the surface, he was my kind of person. Beneath it, he believed I was beneath him—and, painfully, a silent part of me believed it too. He was critical of me, but he was even more critical of himself. He feared closeness, carried deep insecurity in relationships and work, and those fears often surfaced as criticism. Because I had learned to shapeshift for approval, I turned myself inside out trying to love him enough to make him feel whole.
Oops!!! Just learned something new on chat.
So, you know how I said that ChatGPT was letting me write all kinds of things without requiring that I sign up for a business membership? Well, I had to reset some settings yesterday because of a possible security breach on FB. I had to reset some things on Chat as well. Now they are requiring that I pay a monthly membership in order to copy text I've written. I was using Chat and had the app open in my browser so I can copy the text from the page that is already open...I just can't close it. Yep, they done caught me! Just wanted you to know that the info.😀

1. Create your business mission statement. What is your why??? 2. Name your ideal client avatar and give her an identity. What is her name? How old is your avatar? What does she need to know or remember? BECAUSE from here on out, you're talking to your one avatar in your content. 3. Tell me about your business. What do you do and any ideas you have about your business creation. Post your answers under THIS post, and I'll take your information and clean it up. I'll email each of you individually with your pdf so you can use it in your own GPT. I'll also upload a demo of how to create a FREE Chat GPT account.

My ideal client is Amanda Gorman. She's in her late 30s/early 50s. She is going through some life transitions (moving into a new life decade). Her body is changing; she's either trying for a baby at her mature age or she's going through perimenopause. She's beginning to question beliefs she's lived by for her whole life because they don't feel congruent. She can't feel herself in her life. She's also recognizing that she can barely feel herself inside her own body. She wants to wake up. She's opening a new life chapter and is trying to find and align herself within that new chapter. She's spent a lot of her life focusing on bending to the needs of others and now wants to stand strong in her own needs and what she brings to the table. She's discovering her own gifts and is learning to use her own voice. She finds doing these new things exciting, and a bit scary, since how she wants to show up can make other people uncomfortable. She's learning to march to the beat of her own drummer. What does she need to know or remember? That she's not broken. Who she is is wonderful, and that she's still "in there". Her true self is just buried under judgments, expectations, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve her. She doesn't have to "go along to get along", and it's okay.

This is the mission statement my Chat-gpt wrote for me for my homepage: I support women in life transitions through body-based healing, embodied therapeutic coaching, and Maya abdominal massage. My work is for women navigating fertility journeys, perimenopause, or profound personal change—who feel disconnected from their bodies or their sense of self. Through Maya abdominal massage, breathwork, somatic practices, and shadow coaching, I help women gently explore unconscious patterns, release stored stress, and restore trust in their bodies. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about remembering what was never lost, so you can stand in your needs, use your voice, and move forward aligned with who you truly are. And this is the long version that the above statement is distilled from: My mission is to support women in remembering themselves—through the body, the breath, and the wisdom held beneath the surface.Especially the woman standing at the threshold of a new life chapter—whose body is changing, whose beliefs are loosening, and whose old ways of being no longer fit. The woman who has spent years tending to others, accommodating, adapting, and holding it all together, only to realize she can no longer feel herself inside her own life—or inside her own body. I create spaces for women to come home to themselves through both embodied guidance and hands-on work. Through practices like Maya abdominal massage, breathwork, somatic inquiry, and shadow work, I support women in reconnecting with the deep intelligence of their bodies—where lived experience, emotion, creativity, and intuition are stored. This work gently unwinds what has been held, braced against, or silenced, helping restore connection to the center of the body and the center of the self. This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about remembering what was never lost. You are not behind. You are not failing. You are still in there—beneath the judgments, expectations, habits, and inherited beliefs that no longer serve you.
