7 contributions to AI Automation First Client
7-figure opportunity
I was talking to a director at https://www.se.com/ww/en/ They are looking for ways to save money by implementing AI. What can we do for them that would save them 40-50 Million Euros per year? If you can create a demo that I can present to them or they can try, I am open to collaborating and splitting the loot with you.

@Honey Syed So, you want to collaborate with someone to discuss what you discussed with the Director to determine how they do their business to see where they can be more efficient, then create a demo/proposal and then split the contract with you? Just making sure, this is what I do globally - figure out how businesses do their work to identify inefficiencies, regulatory issues (to decrease fines), and processes errors; across industries and verticals. I am available if you are interested.

@Mike L yes, exactly!
Quick win from the automotive space
About a month ago, I closed my 1st ever client through a warm referral, a $5k setup + $500/month deal with a car consignment dealership in my country. The dealership manages around 200 vehicles (consistently adding ~30cars/month) and was heavily reliant on Facebook Marketplace for inventory visibility and lead handling. I've built: - An inventory management PWA that links to Google Sheet and Drive (all photos and computer generated document will be stored here by car plate) for the owner, salespeople, runners and admin to centralized inventory workflow, from car intake, sending car to workshop, to selling car. - A Facebook Marketplace AI reply agent powered by Hermes Agent (processed ~1400 convo in 3 weeks and ~400 phone collected that auto routes to different salesman, will auto switch language based on many criteria) What's interesting is where this is heading next. The next phase is a live inventory platform where: - Staff manage inventory and track each car through the PWA - Inventory automatically syncs across internal operations and the public-facing website (owner already asked me to propose) - Customers can browse available vehicles online - Leads are routed back into the dealership workflow - Future GEO and organic discovery can be layered on top The goal isn't to build another dealership website. The goal is to build a dealer operating system that reduces manual work, improves inventory visibility, and creates additional acquisition channels beyond Facebook Marketplace. Big lesson from this project: Business owners don't buy AI. They buy operational leverage, faster response times, and more opportunities to sell. If you're already working with dealerships, automotive businesses, or other high-ticket operators, I'd love to connect and explore partnerships. Also, i'm still not sure what to focus on, because i dont feel like this is a blleding wound offer, so if anyone have any idea what i should focus on, i would love to hear it out. Thanks!

@Alex Lim Great! Sorry if I missed it, what country are you in currently? I am in the US and my AI business partner is currently in S. Africa. If you let me know a good time and day for you in your timezone, I will coordinate our schedules. If that works for you?

@Alex Lim that was 10PM last night for me and 4am in South Africa. I go home tomorrow, I will set something up in the next few days for all 3 of us to connect.
🕧 Half-time & outreach review for you
I'm 15 days of 30 in the game, did a recap for myself (week review & planning new week) and I read many posts & questions here regarding contacting clients, prospects, whatever reaching out to people. So, I want to tell you what I did, how it worked so far and if you have any questions how to translate it to your situation, let's talk 😊 What I did: Started 18 conversations with friends & family (details follow) Responded with pain points: 4 friends/sister with each 2+ cases, 1 friend with 1 big task plan Responded, need to clarify: 2 friends Responded with "no": 1 family (she's not working, will change work, will ask her again), 1 friend (too busy), 1 family, 1 friends Pending: 3 Other ones I need to check/involved in previous responses Whom I have contacted: Friend (NGO) -> gave pain points Friend (project manager in big company) -> gave pain points Friend (volunteer, leading translation Team) -> gave pain points Family (Children home, network marketing) -> gave pain points Friend (Head of School) -> gave pain points Friend (leading startup) -> open to discuss/call Friend (started a NGO, english teacher) -> clarify Friend (office of NGO) -> clarify Family (Accounting car sale) -> pending Friend (real estate owner) -> pending x2 Colleague (Expat coach) -> pending Family, receptionist at dentist (paused, will change work) -> ask later again Friend (CRM manager) -> no Family (Kindergarden) -> no Friends (social worker & doctor) -> no (ask again) Plan to monetize: None. Why? >> I'll take my sister as pilot user and let her talk to her peers and charge them. Will leverage this workflow for further family & friends in network marketing, self-employed, etc. hopefully before year-end tax time is coming and everybody gets... happy 😊 >> Support my friends in NGOs for free. I rather be able to support their mission than to charge them anything. Just my opinion. >> Big companies, complicated setups, etc.? I don't think about this yet. I rather get pain points, build something and not sell it (yet) than miss the opportunity.

@Chris Jackson as a Spanish teacher (hoping that's right) have you thought of building an AI translation tool for businesses forms, etc? I know it probably sounds easier in my head than it is but it brings both your skills together to strengthen your AI acumen. Something non-Spanish speaking businesses could use to expand their clients or outreach with little overhead monthly. JAT
My first build!!!🤩
Hello, guys, I am proud to showcase my first build that I made all by myself. I wanted to test my skills if I could build a workflow that checks an email upon arrival decides wether it has a picture in the attachments. If it does so than it updates a database with the picture description. What do you think? Would you suggest any improvements that I could make? Leave your impressions down in the comments🙌 PS: Huge thanks goes to @Matthias Schweiker for helping me with this idea for a build.💪

Similar to @Yusuf Seraj how about automated followup if response with pic not received in 48 hours, etc?
How to build automated ads generation + competitor ads spy for ecommerce?
I have a potential client (through warm connection) running an ecommerce business doing around $180k/month top line revenue, they're looking to pump out more ads every week while cutting cost and increase their ROAS. Anyone have any idea? Thankss🫡

@Alex Lim just an off the cuff thought: 1. Identification of trends via client weekly data input or automated based on new inventory to create a trend 2. Auto create AI ads using clients previously successful campaigns - can be automated to review the data/ads of the last 3 months to develop new campaigns 3. Auto schedule the ads on the various platforms, making sure there are client branding consistencies but aligned with the platform users - especially if you trying to create trends on different platforms geared to those audiences 4. Create reporting that shows areas to adjust or success - use this to make the system better Over a short amount of time 2-4 weeks you should have a well-oiled machine. IMHO You don't need competition spying you need to identify what ads are working on what platforms for what types of products.
