30 Day Summer Shred Challenge Instructions
This challenge will consist of 10-20 minute workouts 5 days a week. Each workout is different. - 3 at home strength training workouts - 2 footwork/dance based cardio You will also get: - My mobility routine - Nutrition guidance - Weekly check ins The workouts are pre-recorded so you can do them at your convenience. For this challenge you will need: -Yoga mat or soft surface to lay on -Weight of any kind (im using kettlebells) -Resistance band -Loop resistance band (optional) The challenge is now $22 to join, we are starting Monday, July 1st. Easiest meal prep ideas
Rice, chicken (or any meat) and hard boiled eggs. It's pretty much a staple. You can create so many meals with these three items by adding a veggie to it, or creating a meal using these foods. You can also snack on them. Example meals I can make by having these items prepared: Breakfast -Hardboiled eggs with: -Oatmeal -toast -fruit -avocado Lunch or Dinner -Rice, chicken and beams -Chicken tacos -Chicken salad -Chicken wraps -Chicken quesadilla -Rice and tuna fish or any other meat -Rice and lentils -Rice and fried eggs The simpler, the easier to follow. What are some staple foods you meal prep?
